Review shows few safeguards against student privacy leaks


Joel Reidenberg was quoted in the second of a series of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette articles about student privacy, inspired by a study conducted by the Center on Law and Information Policy.

“You don’t want to undermine a teacher’s enthusiasm and diminish innovation in the classroom. But at the same time, the school district is responsible for what is happening to their children’s data,” he said.
