Clinical Associate Professor and director of the law library at Fordham University School of Law, Todd Melnick, spoke with host Ed Walters on the Legal Talk Network podcast On The Road about the implications of the Supreme Court’s decision to hear Georgia v. Public.Resource.Org.

“I think the court in the eleventh circuit said that annotations are not the law but they are close enough. They are important to understanding the law and more importantly I think, the legislature has adopted them as official and I think Kyle is right, that that’s the aspect that really makes this a different case.
