The Feerick Center’s Covid Response Project (CRP) and Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc. (LawNY)
CRP and LawNY have launched a new pilot program to provide virtual legal services for low-income seniors in upstate New York communities who need assistance with end-of-life planning. LawNY welcomes all volunteers and will provide supervision; prior knowledge or experience in trust and estates issues is not required.

To prepare for this volunteer opportunity, please join us for a CLE training on Pro Bono Estate Planning During the Pandemic: Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney. Attendees will be eligible for 2 CLE credits (1.5 professional practice and 0.5 ethics).

Feerick Center’s Veteran Rights Project
The Feerick Center for Social Justice welcomes alumni to volunteer with our Veteran Rights Project to conduct virtual know-your-rights presentations (training available) and provide legal information and assistance to low-income veterans on civil issues.
