Submissions

The Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law is currently accepting submissions for Volume XXX.

The Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law kindly requests that all submissions comply with the following guidelines:

1.  Electronic Submission:

We strongly prefer to receive submissions from contributors through Scholastica, preferably in Microsoft Word format.

If you are unable to submit via Scholastica, please email Noah Seligson, our Senior Articles Editor, at [email protected].

We cannot accept unsolicited manuscripts submitted via email.

2.  Formatting Guidelines:

Length Limitations: The Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law strongly prefers articles that are under 25,000 words in length including text and footnotes. We will not publish articles that exceed 30,000 words except in limited circumstances.

Citation Format: Please use footnotes rather than endnotes. Footnotes should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

3.  Expedited Reviews & Withdrawals:

Kindly deliver requests for expedited review via Scholastica.  Please do not send an additional email advising us that you have requested an expedited review via Scholastica.  If you submitted a hard copy by regular mail and require an expedited review, please contact the Senior Articles Editor via email.  Please include your name and “Expedite Request” in the subject line.

Likewise, please deliver withdrawal notifications via Scholastica. If you submitted a hard copy by regular mail, please contact the Senior Articles Editor via email. Please include your name and “Withdrawal” in the subject line.
