Sylvia Shweder ’05 was named deputy chief of the general crimes section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Shweder previously worked as the acting deputy chief of the International Narcotics & Money Laundering section and has been an assistant U.S. attorney in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office since 2008.

Vincent Charles Lesch III ’14 and Kristin Bree Marchesiello ’14 were married on September 3, 2017, lakeside in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. The couple met while pursuing their J.D and LL.M, respectively, at Fordham Law. Vince is an associate at Kriendler & Kriendler specializing in aviation litigation and Kristin recently accepted the role of Counsel at Publicis Media Groupe, specializing in advertising, media, and IP law.

James Creedon ’09, a captain in the Army Reserve, competed in the Grand to Grand Ultra, a 170-mile week-long race through the Grand Canyon, which began September 24.
