Bruce Green was quoted in Lohud about possible conflict of interest in a towing dispute case in Yorktown.
Fordham Law School Professor Bruce Green said Grace’s representation of Yorktown Auto Body could create a conflict of interest for the supervisor. As an attorney, Grace owes his “zealous advocacy and loyalty” to his client, Green said, which could come into conflict if an issue arose with the town’s contract.
“How can he serve in his role as town supervisor, overseeing the content of the contract, when he undertakes his duty of loyalty to the tow-truck company?” Green asked.
