Professor Andrew Kent was interviewed by Bloomberg Radio about special counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Alex Van Der Zwann, a former attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom, was recently charged with making false statements to federal authorities.
It seems like as part of investigating Gates and Manafort, this lawyer was approached by agents working for Mueller, and [he]lied and destroyed documents, which are obviously two big no-nos.
