Students in Fordham Law’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic (ELC), under the supervision of Professor Bernice Grant, recently conducted a legal symposium for entrepreneurs in preparation for the Fordham Foundry’s second annual Pitch Challenge to be held on April 8. In the Pitch Challenge Fordham student entrepreneurs will compete for $20,000 prize money. Clinic students educated the entrepreneurs about various legal issues they should keep in mind as they develop their pitches. The ELC was fortunate to be joined by Adjunct Professor John Normile, who delivered a presentation about important intellectual property issues. The Nasdaq Educational Foundation and Fordham Law’s Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council have provided generous support for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.
