Fordham Law School Celebrates Black History Month
In February, Fordham Law celebrated Black History Month with two key events: The Alumni of Distinction event celebrating lives and works of alumnae Ruth Whitehead Whaley ’24 and Eunice Carter ’32 followed by a walk-through visual display, “Lawyering Beyond the Shadows,” created by the Black Law Students Association, which featured profiles of past, present, and future Fordham Law lawyers.
