Remote Learning – Coronavirus Update 3/11

    0
By on March 11, 2020 Coronavirus
As you know, Wednesday, March 11 was the first full day of online instruction at the Law School. I recognize that the abrupt shift from face-to-face classes to online-only instruction was likely challenging. Studying law is hard enough without the extra burden of anxieties about the coronavirus and uncertainty around transitioning to new ways of learning. I thank you for your patience and flexibility and I welcome your feedback on your experiences thus far. To that end, we are creating a feedback forum that we will share with you in coming days. After we collect your comments, we will use them to inform and evolve classes.
Additionally, I wanted to make sure you have what you need in terms of Law School services. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at [email protected], or to any of the following:
    • Career Planning Center: [email protected]
    • Maloney Library: [email protected]
    • Public Interest Resource Center: [email protected]
    • Student Affairs: [email protected]
    • Technology: [email protected]
One tip from our tech team, if your professors are using Zoom you may want to download the Zoom client to your devices as it will enhance the functionality over the browser-based version.
Thank you for your resilience and candor. We will be in touch with more information as we have it.
