Special message from the Career Planing Center
The Career Planning Center remains open remotely, and all CPC staff are available via email and phone during regular business hours to answer all of your questions about your job search needs, including resume and cover letter reviews, interview prep, and general questions.

You may email your counselor directly, send an email to careers@law.fordham.edu, or call 212-636-6926 and a counselor will get back to you as soon as possible.

J.D. alumni: The Career Planning Center assists J.D. alumni with career development. To schedule a counseling session with a member of the team, call 212-636-6926. To explore the resources available online, visit the CPC’s website, which includes a free online job bank that is updated daily and includes opportunities for experienced attorneys.

LL.M., M.S.L., and S.J.D. alumni: The Graduate Professional Development Program provides alumni of our graduate programs with career advice and professional development opportunities. Visit the GPDP site, or contact Anthony Agolia.

Public service and pro bono opportunities: Counselors in the Public Interest Resource Center (PIRC) are available to speak to alumni who would like to explore pro bono opportunities or pursue careers in public service (for example, with legal nonprofits or government agencies). Interested alumni may contact the PIRC office.

Online Job Bank: Employers are encouraged to use the School’s online job bank to post opportunities for our students and alumni, or think about hosting a student for an externship.

Center for Judicial Events & Clerkships (CJEC): In September 2019 the law school launched the CJEC. Alumni who are interested in exploring judicial clerkships at the state and federal levels should contact the CJEC at cjec@law.fordham.edu.
