Fordham Law Professor Abner Greene appeared on “Background Briefing” with Ian Masters where he breaks down the recent U.S. Supreme Court 6-3 decision overturning the landmark 1984 decision that gave rise to the “Chevron deference.”

Greene previously was a law clerk for Justice John Paul Stevens who wrote the Chevron deference decision 40 years ago.
