Ahead of the 30th anniversary of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act—better known as the 1994 Crime Bill—Fordham Law Professor John Pfaff joins journalist and Vera Institute of Justice podcast host Josie Duffy Rice on “The 30 Year Project” to look at the legislation’s impact and examine where mass incarceration in America is today.
