Federal Appeals Court Permits Music Companies To Pursue Copyright Infringement Claims

Professor Olivier Sylvain’s op-ed about interpreting the DMCA was mentioned in a Jurist article that describes the recent ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit allowing music companies to pursue copyright infringement claims against an online music storage company and its CEO.
