    Alumnae Valeska Pederson Hintz and Lesley Adamo Promoted at Lowenstein Sandler

    Alumna Valeska Pederson Hintz has been elected partner and alumna Lesley Adamo has been elevated to counsel at Lowenstein Sandler.

    Valeska Pederson Hintz is a member of The Tech Group. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and risk management. A driving force behind the firm’s presence in the emerging Austin technology space, Valeska led Lowenstein’s involvement in the Austin 2016 Startup Week. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and her B.B.A, cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin.

    Lesley Adamo is in the firm’s Tax group. Lesley earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Amherst College. She also has an LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
