Professor Deborah Denno appeared in a Legal Face-Off interview where she discusses the halt to Arkansas’ plan for a series of executions.
“On the one hand it has been a bigger issue because we’ve seen lethal injection litigation be a reason for delaying executions throughout the country. On the other hand the situation in Arkansas is unique, there hasn’t been another state that’s wanted to execute so many people in so little time.”
