One hundred fifty-seven students have joined Fordham Law’s LL.M. program this fall. The new LL.M. students come from 40 countries, ranging from Vietnam to Qatar and from Romania to Guatemala. The members of this year’s class are skilled in a diverse range of fields and come with a breadth of experience; this year’s group includes attorneys, judges, teachers, scholarship recipients, newspaper contributors, UN interns, and several published scholars and authors as well as an award-winning viola player and a filmmaker. These 157 students will join 39 returning LL.M.s, some of whom are returning for their third semester as the first participants in the Law School’s new dual concentration option for LL.M. students.
The breakdown of the incoming class by LL.M. degree is as follows:
• 49 in the Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law Program
• 26 in the International Business and Trade Law Program
• 25 in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology Program
• 20 in the International Law and Justice Program
• 20 in the U.S. and Comparative Law Program
