    Fall Course to Feature Federal and State Court Judges

    This fall, as part of a Fordham Law course entitled How Judges Decide taught by adjunct professors James Bernard and Joel Cohen, distinguished federal and state court judges will serve as guest participants and answer questions about judicial issues that they address daily in court. Most of the classes will be open to the Fordham Law community.

    Participating judges include alumnus Hon. Denny Chin ’78 of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Hon. Pierre Leval also of the Second Circuit, Hon. Jed S. Rakoff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Hon. Brian Cogan of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and others.     The lectures will take place on Thursdays from 6:00–7:50 p.m. in Room 3-09.
