Fordham Law School Professor Joel Reidenberg spoke with USA Today about the always changing concept of what is acceptable on Twitter and what is not.
“It swings back and forth,” says Joel Reidenberg, director of the Center on Law and Information Policy at Fordham Law School in New York. “Twitter is not a medium that lends itself well for any kind of deep conversational discussion. The consequence is that it’s very effective for mobilizing mobs.”
