Fordham Law School has signed a cooperation agreement with Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), a private university in Rio de Janeiro. The agreement facilitates the participation of law students and recent law graduates of IBMEC in Fordham’s LL.M. program. The agreement also authorizes an exchange program in which professors or post-doctoral students may be accepted as Visiting Scholars or Research Fellows for up to one year of research at the partner institution.
“We are honored to formalize our relationship with IBMEC and delighted to work with their impressive students and faculty,” said Toni Jaeger-Fine, Assistant Dean of International and Non-J.D. Programs at Fordham Law. “We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with IBMEC and to welcoming many of their students to our community.”
