    Federal Bar Association Chapter Welcomes New Officers and Directors

    A group of Fordham Law alumni was sworn in to the Southern District of New York Chapter of the Federal Bar Association on October 6. Alumna Hon. Loretta Preska ’73, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York, officiated the ceremony at the Daniel P. Moynihan United State Courthouse in downtown Manhattan.

    Among the new officers are Wylie M. Stecklow ’90 (President-Elect), Danielle Lesser ’91 (National Delegate), and William F. Dahill ’91 (Delegate to the Network of Bar Leaders). Directors include Simeon H. Baum ’82, Raymond Dowd ’91, Liam O’Brien ’91, and John G. McCarthy ’91.

    The mission of the Federal Bar Association is to strengthen the federal legal system and administration of justice by serving the interests and the needs of the federal practitioner, both public and private, the federal judiciary and the public they serve.
