Joel Reidenberg quoted in a Silicon Valley blog about how Google, the Internet giant, has become the operating system of U.S. K-12 education.

 Parents should be very worried about their children’s data being amassed and sliced and diced, without their permission, for some experiment,” said Joel Reidenberg, a professor of law at Fordham University and director of the Center on Law and Information Policy. “They should ask their school district what they are doing and why. They should insist that districts should put the contract on websites.”
