The Preliminary Battle: Provisional and Pre-Judgment Remedies & Strategies is a CLE and networking event scheduled for June 20th from 2 to 7:30pm at Fordham Law School in the Costantino Room, 2nd Floor and presented by the Commercial & Business Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation.
