Fordham Law Center on National Security Director Karen Greenberg appeared on The Leonard Lopate Show on WNYC to discuss her new book, Rogue Justice: The Making of the Security State.

Karen Greenberg, director of the Center on National Security at Fordham University School of Law, examined how the War on Terror enabled a decade-long assault on Constitutional rights – from the Patriot Act and NSA surveillance, to targeted killings and drone strikes. In Rogue Justice: The Making of the Security State, she questions whether it will ever be possible to restore civil liberties to the way they were prior to 9/11.
