Adjunct Professor Lawrence Brennan was interviewed for CBS News radio for a story about a recent report in which the Navy says the sailors held captive by Iran showed poor judgment and weak leadership.
“The customary Navy obsession with careful planning and execution of any mission but particular mission in those waters seems not to have been met,” Brennan said.
