    Afua Atta-Mensah ’04 is the new executive director of Community Voices Heard and CVH Power.

    Jordan Ballard ’09 has a new position at Department of Human Services for the District of Columbia.

    Alex Berke ’14 recently joined Berke-Weiss Law PLLC, where she will be starting a practice to help medical practices and clinics optimize revenue cycle management and improve individuals’ access to medical care.

    Edgar De Leon ’98, of De Leon & Associates and a former detective-sergeant with the New York City Police Department, was quoted in a July 11th New York Law Journal article titled Shootings Sadden Lawyers with Police Backgrounds.

    Sarah Leberstein ’08 recently started a new job as labor policy advisor for the Labor Policy and Standards Division of the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs.

    Antoine Morris ’14 is working at the Innocence Project as a staff attorney in the strategic litigation department, where he will be working on impact litigation attacking unreliable forensic evidence in criminal trials.

    Aidil Oscariz ’08 is the director at Healthy Immigrant Children Initiative in Florida.

    Jessica Rose ’01, director of Brooklyn A’s Community and Economic Development Program, was honored at the Trey Whitfield Foundation, Inc.’s 24th Annual Awards Dinner for positive impacts in the community.

    Damon Suden ’02, partner at Kelley Drye & Warren, was included on the National LGBT Bar Association 2016 Best Under 40 list for distinguishing himself in his field and demonstrating a strong commitment to LGBT equality.

    After completing her Fulbright, Dana Swanson ’15 was offered a position at USAID in Myanmar to work on rule of law issues.

    Juno Turner ’06, a litigation partner at Outten & Golden, a plaintiff-side employment law firm, was quoted in a September 7th New York Law Journal article titled Intern Suits Face Uphill Battle, Despite Push to State Court.
