Fordham Law has been named a top-ten law school for public M&A, according to rankings released by Deal Point Data.
Fordham Law ranked #9 overall. Deal Point Data rankings recognize law schools that have produced the most prolific attorneys in the highly competitive and lucrative field of public M&A advisory. Alumni of law schools ranked in the top ten have led the market in terms of both the number of deals and the dollar value of deals they have worked on.
The 2016 rankings are based on transactions announced from January 1, 2008, to July 30, 2016, for publicly traded targets involving U.S. listed firms. To be considered in the rankings, each deal attorney must have been a partner in the merger agreement.
