Adjunct Professor Jerry Goldfeder was quoted in The Daily Item where he offers his take on Green Party candidate Jill Stein’s petition for election recounts in Michigan and Wisconsin.
“In the absence of any hard evidence of massive election irregularities, Jill Stein’s so-called case will go nowhere,” said Jerry Goldfeder, a New York lawyer who teaches classes on election law and the presidency at the law schools of Fordham University and the University of Pennsylvania.
