A book by Fordham Law alumnus and University faculty member Tom Basile will be published on April 5. The book, Tough Sell: Fighting the Media War in Iraq, describes his experience as a civilian advisor in Iraq during the Iraq War. He provides readers an in-depth perspective of his mission and the struggle to communicate about the war as it became more deadly and less popular at home.
The foreword of the book was written by Ambassador John Bolton.
