Jennifer Gordon was quoted in Law360 about the Supreme Court allowing parts of President Trump’s travel ban to take effect.
“It leaves us in the dark as to the court’s view as to the relationship between the Constitution and the president’s actions,” said Jennifer Gordon, professor at Fordham Law School. “The court was very careful to steer clear of the constitutional issues and the separation of power issues.”
