If Children’s Data Are Delivered to Strangers, Who’s to Blame?

Cameron Russell was quoted in a Bloomberg BNA article about how parents can ensure their children’s data privacy.

N. Cameron Russell, executive director of the Center on Law and Information Policy at Fordham Law School, told Bloomberg BNA that parents share responsibility for protecting children’s data. “It’s important to view the privacy policy and also vet the companies that your kids will be using,” he said.
