Professor Mark Patterson was interviewed by CNBC’s Squawk Box about the Justice Department’s suit to block AT&T’s deal to acquire Time Warner.
[I] think that if you look at the complaint and you see the DOJ’s theory and you see that it has quotes from AT&T and Direct TV that suggest that they are aware that they can do exactly the sort of harm that the DOJ claims they will do, that’s fairly compelling. Those sort of bad quotations have been very compelling.
