Jed Shugerman was quoted in the Boston Herald about Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia investigation.
[W]hile Mueller has the power to indict members of Trump’s White House and campaign teams, including Vice President Pence, his power is more limited when it comes to Trump.
Mueller could lay out facts that support a charge of obstruction against Trump, and “it can be used for articles for impeachment,” said Fordham Law School professor Jed Shugerman. The rest, he said, would fall to Congress.
