    Alumni Honored at Regional Receptions

    Fordham Law alumni were recently honored at receptions held for regional chapters of the Fordham Law Alumni Association.

    On May 23 at the Connecticut Chapter Dinner—held in a new location this year, attracting alumni from Fairfield County—John Ciulla ’94 was honored. Ciulla is the president and chief executive officer at Webster Financial Corporation and Webster Bank.

    At the 61st Nassau-Suffolk Chapter Reception on May 30, Frank Sweeney ’79, president of TDK USA Corporation, was honored. The event was hosted by William Savino ’74 and his wife, Barbara. Also at the event Chapter President William Cornachio ’77 awarded the Nassau-Suffolk Scholarship to rising 3L Patrick Rooney.

    On June 4, the 61st Westchester-Putnam Chapter Dinner was held, celebrating Hon. Loretta A. Preska ’73, senior judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Also at the event it was announced that Wilson Kimball ’00 would become the chapter’s vice president.

    At the 26th New Jersey Chapter Dinner, Christopher Botta ’92 was honored. Botta is the managing partner at Botta Angeli LLC.
