    Thompson Hine Elects New Partners

    Alumna Elizabeth Frayer ’05 was elected partner by Thompson Hine LLP.

    Elizabeth Frayer is a member of the firm’s Commercial & Public Finance practice group in New York. She focuses her practice on corporate trust matters, representing financial institutions as trustee, collateral agent, administrative agent, paying agent, exchange agent and in other agency and fiduciary capacities. Frayer manages and leads a variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured debt issuances, foreign currency-denominated debt offerings, securitizations, Trust Indenture Act-qualified transactions, private placements, project financings, and cross-border transactions in South America, Europe, Australia and Asia. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2005 and her B.A. from Cornell University in 2000.
