    Ariel S. Holzer ’05 Joins Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice

    Cozen O’Connor announced the addition of alumnus Ariel Holzer ’05 to its national Real Estate Practice Group.

    Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce Ariel S. Holzer, a New York City-based litigator who brings nearly 15 years of experience guiding developers, property owners, architects, and other related entities through the city’s complex zoning and land use application processes, has joined its national Real Estate Practice Group. Holzer comes to the firm from GoldmanHarris LLC and joins Cozen O’Connor’s midtown Manhattan office as counsel. He is the fourth prominent, senior-level attorney to join the firm’s East Coast Real Estate Practice in the past nine months.

    In his new position Holzer will work with clients to prepare zoning and land use applications and represent them before a range of key New York City regulatory bodies, including the City Planning Commission, the Board of Standards and Appeals, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, the Department of Buildings as well as the Environmental Control Board and the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.
