Fordham Law’s Samuel-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic will mark its 10th anniversary of working to balance laws protecting the rights of entrepreneurs, small business owners, authors, artists, musicians, actors, playwrights, designers, inventors, and non-profit organizations to benefit from their creations as well as the public’s sometimes competing right to access information.
