The RAY Program – A “Resident Attorney” For One Year At Smaller Firms & In-House
Fordham Law recently announced a new careers program for recent graduates. Graduates find work as a “Resident Attorney” for a one year term with a small or mid-size firm or in the legal department of a corporation. The RAY program employer-participant benefits from the contributions of a FLS grad at a cost-effective salary and has the option of retaining the Resident Attorney beyond the year period.
