Turn Off Auto-Pilot: An Implicit Bias Training and Discussion for Fordham Law Recent Graduates

0

Please join us virtually as Associate Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, Justice Maria Araujo Kahn ’89 presents an interactive training on implicit bias, both racial and gender. This training is intended to introduce people to their personal implicit biases, provide tools to adjust automatic patterns of autopilot thinking, and ultimately acknowledge discriminatory behaviors you may have. This session is for recent graduates (2011-2020).

Please set aside some time to look through the pre-work materials below. This should take you about 15 minutes and will allow us all to enter the program with the same context.
