Dean Feerick and Professor Rogan spearheaded, along with several co-sponsors, a program on the line of succession entitled “The Presidential Succession Act at 75 Praise It or Bury It?” The keynote speaker was Jeh C. Johnson. The program can be viewed here.

The Ireland Summer Program will return in person this summer!

The Feerick Center for Social Justice is recruiting attorney volunteers for the following programs: the New York State Attorney Emeritus Program (for those who are eligible); the CLARO Programs (currently operating remotely only); and the Veterans Rights Project. Those interested can reach out to Laura De Riggi, Program Administrator, at lderiggi@fordham.edu for more information.
