Professor Bruce Green, director of the Stein Center for Law & Ethics, and David Udell, founder and executive director of the National Center for Access to Justice, wrote a New York Times op-ed discussing a civil rights lawsuit pending in New York in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that challenges New York State’s law on the “unauthorized practice of law.”
