Fordham Law Adjunct Professor Jerry H. Goldfeder, director of Fordham Law School’s Voting Rights and Democracy Project, published an op-ed in the New York Law Journal article, arguing that today’s institutions and the norms that sustain our constitutional framework are being severely tested. He also listed ways in which everyday citizens can help promote the rule of law and contribute to the health of U.S. polity.
