On October 6, 2021 the Department of Education announced changes to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) program to increase eligibility. Click here to read the press release. While the majority of the changes will occur in the future and the Department has not set dates, the Limited PSLF Waiver may apply to you if you made ineligible payments towards your federal student loans.
