Annual Fordham-Stein Prize Dinner Judge Guido Calabresi was honored with the Fordham-Stein Prize at the annual Stein Prize Dinner on October 13. A roomful of Judge Calabresi admirers, including many of his judicial colleagues from the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, gathered at the Law School for a memorable evening to honor a man who generally eschews professional honorifics. The Feerick Center for Social Justice is looking for volunteers to serve with the LEEAP Education Component and the CLARO Program and other consumer-debt related programs. LEEAP Ed. volunteers assist low-income students and families navigate the complex New York City public high school application process. CLARO and LEEAP volunteers provide limited-scope and other legal assistance to New Yorkers on consumer debt issues.
