About Our Show
Welcome to the Startup LAWnchpad Podcast—a podcast for entrepreneurs that answers all the important legal questions entrepreneurs never knew to ask.
Startup LAWnchpad is a virtual legal workshop series that educates entrepreneurs about forming, growing, and protecting a startup. Tune in to learn how to structure co-founder relationships, choose a legal entity, protect intellectual property, obtain seed financing, build a team, and more. Startup LAWnchpad is produced by the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at Fordham University School of Law, and features Fordham Law professors, students, alumni, and guests. This podcast aims to close the legal information gap, and is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice specific to any listener’s situation.
Startup LAWnchpad is made possible by the generous support of the Nasdaq Educational Foundation and Fordham’s Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Council.
