Republic of Georgia President to Speak at Fordham Law

Fordham Law School will host the President of the Republic of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili, on Tuesday, September 29 at 10:00 a.m. President Margvelashvili will give a lecture on the current challenges facing the world community.

Georgia’s location in the Caucasus region of Eurasia, bounded by Russia, Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the Black Sea, gives the nation—and its leaders—unique challenges and perspectives.

The lecture will take place in the Gorman Moot Courtroom of the Moore Advocacy Center located on the first floor of the Law School, 150 West 62nd Street. Karen J. Greenberg, Director of the Center on National Security at Fordham Law, will moderate.
