Fordham Law School Professor Karen Greenberg appeared on WNYC to discuss the importance of U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl’s release, in exchange for five fighters being returned from Guantanamo to the Taliban.

Karen Greenberg, head of Fordham University’s Center on National Security and author of The Least Worst Place: Guantanamo’s First 100 Days, looks at whether this indicates a change in prisoner detention policy, and what it says about just who is being held at Guantanamo.
