Fordham Law School Professor Carl Minzner spoke with the Wall Street Journal about Chinese President Xi Jinping’s rule of law.
Carl Minzner, a professor at Fordham Law School in New York, sees Mr. Xi’s rummaging in the Chinese classics as sending a message that he believes “the search for ways to resolve China’s problems can only be found in China itself.” That means there’s “zero chance,” he says, of Western-style liberal reforms.
