Can European Regulators Take Google Down?

Fordham Law School Professor Mark Patterson spoke to International Business Times about charges brought forth by Europe’s top antitrust official against Google, alleging the U.S. tech giant violated fair competition laws.

“I think given the dynamic with it being a U.S. company, they wouldn’t have brought the suit if they didn’t have compelling evidence,” says Patterson, the Fordham law professor. “I would think it’s pretty strong.”
