“Faithful Execution and Article II,” a Harvard Law Review article by Professors Andrew Kent, Ethan Leib, and Jed Shugerman, was cited in a 112-page opinion from U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta that rejects former president Donald Trump’s claim of “absolute immunity” from lawsuits regarding inciting violence and the insurrection on January 6, 2021.
